摘要
从流通模式、采购方式、医保支付方式、临床使用四个方面介绍了低值医用耗材管控现状,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了降低物流成本、优化配送方式;集中采购和分散采购并行;加快推进医保统一编码落地实施,DRG支付方式改革;医疗机构管控等建议措施,对于规范低值医用耗材的采购、使用及其成本费用的管理,平衡医保费用等具有促进作用。
This paper introduces the current situation of management and control of low-value medical consumables from four aspects:circulation mode,procurement mode,medical insurance payment mode,and clinical use.It analyzes the main problems and proposes to reduce logistics cost and optimize distribution mode.Centralized procurement and decentralized procurement parallel;We will accelerate the implementation of the unified coding system for medical insurance and the reform of DRG payment methods.The suggested measures such as the control of medical institutions have a promoting effect on standardizing the procurement,use and cost management of low-value medical consumables and balancing medical insurance costs.
