聚1,9-亚壬基对苯二酰胺双向拉伸薄膜的改性及应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用一定比例的抗氧剂和成核剂改性聚1,9-亚壬基对苯二酰胺(PA9T),经单螺杆流延挤出机制成PA9T片材,再通过静态双向拉伸设备对PA9T片材加工成薄膜,分析了抗氧剂种类和含量对PA9T改性料黄变指数的影响,成核剂添加量和双向拉伸温度对PA9T片材成膜性的影响。结果表明,添加0.3%的抗氧剂3114和0.2%的成核剂NVA101,于160℃下可对PA9T片材进行有效拉伸,拉伸后的薄膜强度可达247MPa,较未拉伸的PA9T片材提高了1.6倍。双向拉伸后的PA9T薄膜具有拉伸强度高、耐热性好、透明度高等优点,可应用于防水开关、电容器、耳机振膜、柔性线路板和高阻隔膜等领域。 In this article,PA9T material was modified with antioxidantand nucleatorby twin-screw extruder,and casting as sheet by single-screw extruder.The sheet was drawed as PA9T film by static biaxial stretching equipment.The influence of Yellowness Index of PA9T modified material with antioxidanttype andaddition was researched.The effect of film-forming process with nucleator addition and drawing temperature was also discussed.The results showed that the optimum drawing factor for PA9T film was 0.3%antioxidant3114 and 0.2%nucleator NAV101,and the proper drawing temperature was 160℃.The tensile strength ofbiaxially oriented PA9T film was up to 247MPa,which was increased 1.6 times compared with unstretched PA9T sheet.Biaxially oriented PA9T film have the properties of high tensile strength,heat resistance and transparency,which could be applied on waterproof switch,capacitor,earphone diaphragm,flexible circuit board and high barrier membrane.
