多金属共生矿一段磨矿分级技术改造应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对棒磨介质添加劳动强度大、加棒需要停车影响设备运转率、生产不稳定,螺旋分级机分级效率较低,处理金锑钨共生矿石存在"重介效应"影响重选回收率的问题,通过技术改造,一段磨矿采用球磨与直线筛组合成闭路磨矿。结果表明,使用直线振动筛,筛上物料比分级机返砂-200目粒级产率减少了5.58个百分点,基本避免了钨矿物过粉碎现象,合质金、钨重选回收率分别提高了0.27个百分点、2.65个百分点,金、锑、钨总回收率分别提高了0.56个百分点、0.15个百分点、3.31个百分点,经济效益显著。 In view of problems such as the high labor intensity of adding rod mill media,which affects the equipment operation rate and stable production,and leads to lower the classification efficiency of the spiral classifier.Through technical transformation,the one stage grinding of combining ball mill and linear screen is adopted to form a closed-circuit grinding.The results show that using a linear vibrating screen,the yield of the on-screen material is reduced by 5.58%compared with that of the classifier-200 mesh,which basically avoids the phenomenon of over-crushing of tungsten minerals,and increases the recovery rates of gold and tungsten by gravity separation by 0.27 percentage points and 2.65 percentage points,respectively.The total recovery rates of gold,antimony,and tungsten increased by 0.56 percentage points,0.15 percentage points,and 3.31 percentage points,respectively.The economic benefits were significant.
