基于逆向工程的玩具脚的数字化改型设计

摘要 以某玩具脚产品为例进行了逆向工程,使用3D扫描仪获取点云数据,利用Geomagic Wrap、Geomagic Design X、3DonePlus等软件进行逆向建模和改型设计,并应用“体偏差”命令进行偏差对比分析。应用3D打印机将数字模型打印出来并进行装配调试。产品的生产周期短,研发成本低,能有效达到改型设计的目的。 Taking a toy foot as an example the reverse engineering was carried out.The 3D scanner was used to collect the point cloud data.The,Geomagic wrap,Geomagic design X and 3DonePlus softwares were used for reverse modeling and modification design,and the deviation comparison analysis was conducted by the“body deviation”command.The digital model was printed by 3D printer for assembly debugging.The production cycle of the product is short,the cost of the research and development is low,and the purpose of modification design is achieved efficiently.
