摘要
基于智能网格预报和多源资料融合分析网格实况产品,研发自动化决策气象服务制作和产品可视化展示技术,提高精细化决策气象服务产品制作效率和服务水平。在建立影响内蒙古地区主要气象灾害的决策气象服务敏感性分析启动阈值基础上,采用Quartz技术对智能网格产品要素值进行检测,实现以格点区域范围显示的自动启动。利用WebGIS的OpenLayers技术研发出网格格点气象要素数据可视化动态展示。根据需求设计自治区、盟市、旗县三级不同层级色斑图和格点图下载及图形自动生成功能。采用PostgresSQL分布式集群数据库快速统计方法实现智能网格实况数据统计、计算和查询。对网格格点气象要素展示和预报效果进行实验与检验,结果表明启动阈值检测、数据显示、图形下载均能够准确客观地展示,智能网格预报图与站点实况图进行对比分析结果准确。
Based on intelligent grid forecasting and multi-source data fusion analysis of grid live products,research and development of automated meteorological decision-Making service production and product visualization display technology,improve the production efficiency and service level of refined meteorological decision-making service products. The establishment of thresholds for the sensitivity analysis of decisionmeteorological services that affect the main meteorological disasters in Inner Mongolia,Quartz technology is used to detect the element values of intelligent grid products to achieve auto-start displayed in the area of grid points;using WebGis’ open layers technology to develop a visualization and dynamic display of meteorological element data on grid points;according to the needs of the design of the autonomous region,the league cities,and county seats three-stage different levels of color map and grid points map download and automatic generation function of graphics;the PostgresSQL distributed cluster database fast statistical method is used to realize the intelligent grid live data statistics,calculation and inquiry. Test and check grid points meteorological elements display and the effect of forecast,the results show that the threshold detection,data display,and graphic download can be accurately and objectively displayed. The comparison and analysis results of the intelligent grid forecast map and the site live map are accurate.
