摘要
为增强PIDAS中工艺设计辅助DA(design aided)功能,从有限元数值模拟仿真计算入手,系统建立厚板轧制过程中轧件内部变形分布数据集,通过python编程建立基于数据库的厚板轧制过程中轧件内部厚度方向变形量分布(变形渗透)高效定量化计算模型。把数值研发结果导入到PIDAS系统,为厚板产品进行轧制工艺设计优化,在自主工艺设计辅助软件领域上进行了探索。
In order to enhance the design aided(DA)function of PIDAS,starting from the FEM simulations,the distribution of rolling deformation in heavy plate is systematically carried out,and a deformation penetration model in heavy plate during rolling has been successfully established through python programming.The numerical simulation results and model have been imported into PIDAS system to optimize the rolling process design of heavy plate products,exploring the field of independent process design software.
