摘要
从厚板产品质量要求出发,结合厚板领域质量管理现状,介绍了厚板工厂传统质量管理模式存在的问题及瓶颈,提出了基于PIDAS平台厚板智能质量管理系统的构架。以板形改进作为案例,首先实现板形数字化,其次通过板形与过程参数回归板形敏感参数,并通过构建监控模型,实现板形关键参数可监控及可预测。通过案例,介绍了厚板可数字化分析、可数据化监控、可智能化预测的智能质量管理模式的探索与实践。
From the perspective of heavy plate product quality requirements,in combination with heavy plate quality management status,this paper introduces the problems and bottlenecks of traditional quality management,The framework of intelligent quality management system for heavy plate based on PIDAS platform is proposed.Flatness improvement as the case,first of all to realize digital flatness,secondly by flatness regression flatness sensitive parameters and process parameters,by building a monitor model,the key parameters of the flatness are monitored and the results are predicted.Through the case,the research and practice of the heavy plate intelligent quality management system which can be digitalized,analyzed,monitored,and predicted intelligently were introduced.
