卧式退火炉炉内张力控制

摘要 为避免张力出现阶跃式变化造成张力波动引起炉内张力震荡,围绕卧式退火炉炉内张力的自动控制,分别针对逻辑控制与传动控制,优化PLC控制逻辑。首先生成张力的设定值斜坡减小目标值的变化,平滑张力计测量值减小控制量的震荡,后经比例积分控制器进行张力控制;再经传动执行机构的优化,使用速度环的S曲线功能优化炉内传动的速度,结合转矩环的附加转矩功能进行负载补偿,有利于提高炉内张力稳定性及精度,满足各种规格产品的稳定生产。 In order to avoid the step change of tension,which causes the tension fluctuation to cause the tension oscillation in the furnace,focuses on the automatic control of the tension in the horizontal annealing furnace,optimizes the PLC control logic for logic control and transmission control respectively,generates the set value slope of tension,smooths the measured value of tension-meter,and reduces the system vibration.The tension control is carried out by the proportional integral controller,and then executed by the drive to optimize the mechanism,the S-curve function of the speed loop is used to optimize the speed of the drive in the furnace,and the additional torque function of the torque ring is used for load compensation,which is conducive to improve the stability and accuracy of the tension in the furnace and meeting the stable production of various specifications of products.
