组装式滑板对地铁接触线犁削磨损的影响

摘要 在弓网载流摩擦磨损实验台上,用直流恒流电源对组装式浸金属碳滑板以及银铜合金接触线进行摩擦磨损试验,研究组装式碳滑板的接缝间隙和滑板间高度差对地铁接触线犁削磨损及滑板异常磨耗现象的影响。试验结果表明:组装式碳滑板高度差会严重刮伤接触线,是接触线犁削磨损的主要原因,而接缝间隙仅会轻微划伤接触线;80 N以上的法向力会显著减小滑板的磨损率;接缝间隙较小时更容易刮伤接触线,造成犁削磨损。分析滑板磨损表面形貌发现:存在滑板间高度差时滑板会出现机械划痕,电气磨耗和接触线材料转移也比较严重。 A series of experimental tests on the wear performances of assembled metal-impregnated carbon strip rubbing against Ag-Cu contact wire were carried on the high-speed electrical pantograph-catenary test system to investigate the influence of joint gap and height difference between the two strips on plough wear and abnormal wear of metro contact line.The test result indicates the height difference between the two strips will cause seriously scratch of the contact wire,which is the main reason for the plough wear of the contact wire,while the joint gap will only cause slightly scratch of the contact wire.The vertical force over 80 N can decrease the wear of the strip notably.When the joint gap is small,it is easier to scratch the contact line and cause plough wear.By analyzing the wear surface morphology of the strip,it is found that there is mechanical scratch on the strip surface when there is height difference between two strip,and the electrical wear and material transformation of the strip are also serious.
