摘要
目的制备左旋紫草素骨靶向自组装纳米粒。方法通过乳化溶剂挥发法先行制备左旋紫草素(SK)-聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)纳米粒,键合天冬氨酸六肽(Asp)6聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)共聚物,静电自组装合成(Asp)6-PEI@SK-PLGA纳米粒。结果制备的(Asp)6-PEI@SK-PLGA自组装纳米粒呈圆形颗粒状、大小均匀,平均粒径79.24 nm,zeta电位2.31 mV,载药量10.63%,包封率97.22%,24h释放率超过90%。结论成功制备左旋紫草素骨靶向自组装纳米粒,值得进一步研究。
Objective To prepare L-shikonin(SK)bone targeting self-assembled nanoparticles.Methods SK-Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)nanoparticles were prepared with emulsion solvent evaporation method,and then bonded to copolymer of aspartic acid hexapeptide(ASP)6 polyethyleneimine(PEI)to synthesize(Asp)6-PEI@SK PLGA nanoparticles through electrostatic self-assembly.Results The synthetie(Asp)6-PEI@SK-PLGA self-assembled nanoparticles were round granulates in even size,with the average grain size 79.24 nm,zeta potential 2.31 mV,drug loading 10.63%and entrapment fficiency 97.22%.The 24 h release rate was more than 90%.Conclusion The L-shikonin bone targeting self-assembled nanoparticles were prepared,and it is worth further study.
