不同辅助措施对CT输尿管显影的影响

Effects of Different Auxiliary Operation on CT Ureteral Display

摘要 CT已经逐渐成为检查输尿管疾病的主要影像学方法,通过CT平扫和CT排泄期扫描观察输尿管疾病。研究者通过不同的辅助措施来改善CT排泄期扫描中输尿管的显影情况,这些辅助措施包括改变体位、腹部加压、水合作用、静脉注射小剂量速尿剂等。不同的辅助措施对输尿管显影的影响存在较大的差异。 CT has gradually become the main imaging method for the detection of ureteral diseases.The ureteral diseases were observed by plain CT scan and CT excretion scan.The researchers improved the display of ureters in CT scan during the excretion period by using a variety of complementary measures,including changes in posture,abdominal compression,hydration,and intravenous administration of low-dose furosemide.There are great differences in the display of ureter with different auxiliary measures.
