奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨与奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果对比

Effect comparison of Oxaliplatin combined with Capecitabine and Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

目的比较奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨与奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果。方法选取景德镇市第三人民医院2016年8月至2017年8月收治的66例晚期结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为卡培他滨组(33例)与替吉奥组(33例)。卡培他滨组应用奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗,替吉奥应用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗。比较两组治疗2个疗程后的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况与中位疾病进展时间(TTP)。结果两组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。替吉奥组的恶心呕吐、手足综合征发生率均高于卡培他滨组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的中位TTP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在结直肠癌患者中,应用奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨或替吉奥治疗可取得相似的效果,但奥沙利铂联合替吉奥可减少恶心呕吐、手足综合征的发生。

Objective To compare the effect of Oxaliplatin combined with Capecitabine and Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen City from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the Capecitabine group(n=33)and the Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium group(n=33).In the Capecitabine group,Oxaliplatin combined with Capecitabine was used,and in the Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium group,Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium was used for treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and median time to disease progression(TTP)were compared between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effectiveness rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting and hand-foot syndrome in the Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium group were higher than those in the Capecitabine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the median TTP between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with colorectal cancer,Oxaliplatin combined with Capecitabine or Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium can obtain similar effects,but Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium can reduce the occurrence of nausea and vomiting and hand-foot syndrome.
