复合营养维生素对儿童营养状况及生长发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨复合营养维生素对儿童营养状况及生长发育的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年7月于江西省妇幼保健院体检的115例儿童组作为研究对象进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=57)。对照组儿童予以补充单一的维生素A,观察组儿童予以补充复合营养维生素。比较两组儿童的营养状况、生长发育情况和营养不良发生情况。结果治疗前,两组儿童的血红蛋白(Hb)、维生素A、身高、体重、钙、铁、锌含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组儿童的Hb、维生素A、身高、体重、钙、铁、锌含量均高于治疗前,且观察组儿童的Hb、维生素A、身高、体重、钙、铁、锌含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童的营养不良总发生率(7.02%)低于对照组(20.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童补充复合营养维生素的应用效果良好,可有效改善儿童的营养情况,促进生长发育,减少营养不良发生情况,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of compound nutritional vitamins on children's nutritional status,growth and development.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 115 children who underwent physical examination in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from March 2018 to July 2019,and they were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=57)according to random number table method.The children in the control group were given single Vitamin A supplement,and the children in the observation group were given Compound Nutritional Vitamins supplement.The nutritional status,growth and development of children and the incidence of malnutrition were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the contents of hemoglobin(Hb),vitamin A,height,weight,calcium,iron and zinc between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the contents of Hb,vitamin A,height,weight,calcium,iron and zinc in the observation group were all higher than those before treatment,and the contents of Hb,vitamin A,height,weight,calcium,iron and zinc in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of malnutrition in the observation group(7.02%)was lower than that in the control group(20.69%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Compound Nutritional Vitamins for children is good,which can effectively improve the nutritional status of children,promote growth and development,and reduce the incidence of malnutrition.It's worthy promoting.
