摘要
目的探讨正常分娩新生儿呼吸道分泌物清理中洗耳球倒立体位的应用价值。方法选取2019年3月~2020年4月江西省赣州市妇幼保健院的240例正常分娩新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组与实验组,每组各120例。对照组采用常规方法清理呼吸道分泌物,实验组采用洗耳球倒立清理呼吸道分泌物。比较两组的窒息率、心跳异常率、呕吐率、拒乳率。结果实验组的新生儿总窒息率为1.67%,低于对照组的11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组新生儿的心跳异常总发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的呕吐率为4.17%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组新生儿的拒乳率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正常分娩新生儿呼吸道分泌物清理中洗耳球倒立的应用,可降低新生儿窒息率、心跳异常率、呕吐率及拒乳率。
Objective To explore the application value of the ear wash ball combined with inverted position in the cleaning of respiratory secretions of normal delivery newborns.Methods From March 2019 to April 2020,240 cases of normal delivery newborns in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,120 cases in each group.In the control group,the respiratory secretions were cleaned by routine method,in the experimental group used ear wash ball combined with inverted positions to clear respiratory secretions.The asphyxiation rate,abnormal heartbeat rate,vomiting rate,and milk rejection rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total neonatal asphyxia rate in the experimental group was 1.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(11.67%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of abnormal heartbeat in the experimental group was 2.50%,which was lower than that in the control group(10.00%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vomiting rate in the experimental group was 4.17%,which was lower than that in the control group of 23.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The milk rejection rate of the experimental group was 2.50%,which was lower than that in the control group(15.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ear wash ball combined with inverted position in the cleaning of respiratory secretions of newborns in normal delivery can reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia,abnormal heartbeat,vomiting and milk rejection.
