温经汤治疗寒热错杂型皮肤病的临床体会

Clinical experience of Wenjing Decoction in treatment of dermatopathy identified as cold and heat complex

温经汤出自于张仲景的《金匮要略·妇人杂病篇》,原方主治由冲任虚寒引起的诸多妇科疾病。后世医家在继承的基础上灵活应用,对凡是由于冲任虚寒、瘀血内阻,或阳气亏虚、温煦不足、血寒凝滞的病变,无论病程的长短,病症的轻重,病位的深浅,只要病机吻合,都有良效。笔者跟师侍诊发现,在临床上应用温经汤加减治疗各种冲任虚寒、血寒凝滞型难治性皮肤病疗效显著,遂通过收集验案,搜集文献,总结温经汤应用之道,以求为今后临床治疗提供更多思路。

Wenjing Decoction derives from the Chapter Miscellaneous Diseases in Women in Essentials from the Golden Cabinet written by ZHANG Zhong-jing.The original formula is mainly used to treat many gynecological diseases caused by deficiency cold of the thoroughfare and conception vessels.Later generations of physicians applied flexibly on the basis of inheritance,for all diseases due to deficiency cold of thoroughfare and conception vessels,internal obstruction of blood stasis,or yang deficiency with lack of warmth,and blood-cold stagnation,regardless of the length of the disease,the severity of the disease,or the depth of the disease,favorable effect can be obtained as long as the pathogenesis is the same.During clinical observation,we found that clinical application of modified Wenjing Decoction to treat the refractory skin diseases with the types of deficiency cold of thoroughfare and conception vessels and blood-cold stagnation is effective,so we collected the empirical cases and searched literature,and summarized the rules of applying Wenjing Decoction,to provide more ideas for future clinical treatment.
