数字技术创新对新一代信息技术产业升级的作用机制研究

Impact Mechanism of Digital Technology Innovation on New Generation of Information Technology Industry Upgrading

基于数字创新理论和数字技术创新规律及其内涵的辨析,本文采用2007—2017年我国先进显示产业数据,实证分析了数字技术创新对产业升级的作用机制。研究发现:数字技术创新是以技术融合和技术体系变革为主要动力的网络化和去中心化创新合作过程;多元化创新并不总是促进产业升级,创新合作网络中跨模块和模块内部频繁的创新合作以及技术深度拓展反而不利于产业升级;对于先进显示产业来说,自下而上的基础组件创新、前沿技术创新和系统性创新同样重要。研究发现拓展了数字技术创新和产业升级研究相关理论,对于产业创新追赶具有重要参考价值。

Based on the digital innovation theory and analyzition of digital technology innovation,it empirically analyzed the impact mechanism of digital technology innovation on industry upgrading with the data of China advanced display industry from 2007 to 2017.Results indicate that:digital technology innovation is the process driven by technology fusion and technological and the reformation of technological system;diversified innovation does not always promote industry upgrading,and frequent cross-module innovation and innovative cooperation within modules are not conducive to industrial upgrading;for the advanced display industry,bottom-up innovation in basic components,cutting-edge technological and systematic innovation are equally important.Cooperation between leading core enterprises and edge enterprises is an important way to cultivate a decentralized and prosperous industrial innovation system.The conclusions expand theories of digital technology innovation and industry upgrading,and provides important references for industry innovation and catch-up.
