The Construction of Ecological Civilization and Transformation of Social Value

党的十八大以来,生态文明建设的地位日益上升,自被纳入"五位一体"总体布局以后,又不断上升为关系中华民族永续发展的"长远大计""千年大计"和"根本大计"。生态文明建设不再局限于生态环境领域,而是已置于全局工作的突出位置并向经济、政治、社会和文化等多领域、全方位、深层次地延伸。这一重大变化充分说明,生态文明建设不仅是为了更好地保护我们赖以生存的生态环境,更是为了通过重塑业已失衡的人与自然的关系来推动中国社会价值观念变革,在新时代掀起一场新的思想解放运动,最终实现在建设"美丽中国"的同时建设"美好中国"的双重目标。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the construction of ecological civilization has been playing an increasingly important role.Since it was included in the five-pronged comprehensive plan,it has become a long-term plan,a thousand-year plan,and a fundamental plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The construction of ecological civilization is not limited to the ecological environment,but should be placed in a prominent position in the overall work and extended to political,economic,social,and cultural fields in an all-round way.This indicates that the ecological civilization construction is not only to better protect our survival of the ecological environment,but also to reshape the imbalance between human and nature to push Chinese society’s profound value transformation.With such a new ideological liberation movement in the new era,we could ultimately achieve the dual goal of construction of"beautiful China"and"better China".
