Theoretical Analysis of Interactive Relationship between Party Building and Poverty Alleviation

以党建引领扶贫脱贫攻坚,是我国精准脱贫攻坚战的最大特色和优势。党建引领脱贫攻坚具有一体两面的鲜明特点,它既是脱贫攻坚的重要举措,也是党的建设的实践路径。党建引领脱贫攻坚的实践表明,党建与脱贫攻坚互动关系内含深刻理论逻辑和中国共产党人治国理政的辩证思维。党建与脱贫攻坚互动实践体现着以党的自我革命推进伟大社会革命的辩证关系,回答了党在长期执政条件下有效推进党的建设的路径问题,开创了社会主义初级阶段党领导人民治贫扶贫脱贫、实现社会主义本质要求的模式。

Leading the fight against poverty with Party building is the most prominent feature and the greatest advantage of the fight for eradicating poverty in China.It is not only an important measure for poverty alleviation,but also a practical path for Party building.Based on the practice of leading poverty alleviation with Party building,this paper analyzes the theoretical logic of the interactive relationship between Party building and poverty alleviation and the dialectical thinking of the Communist Party of China in governing the country.Furthermore,the paper explains the political connotation of the interactive practice between Party building and poverty alleviation,and points out that this practice embodies the dialectical logic of promoting social revolution through the Party’s self-reform,illustrates how the Party has effectively promoted Party building under the conditions of long-term governance,and creates a model in which the Party leads people to alleviating poverty and realizing the essential requirements of socialism in the primary stage of socialism.
