摘要
基于环保绿色节能的宗旨,结合应用综合太阳能光伏发电管理系统,笔者设计了一款零能量消耗型衣物脱水装置,该装置为一款集节能健身与新型再生能源综合利用于一体的脱水处理装置。太阳能资源是当今发展前景广阔的清洁能源,具有零排放、效率高等特点,应用普及且技术成熟,本设计理念正是将现代太阳能光伏发电与现代人力机械驱动技术结合运用起来,通过人力传动机构提高衣物转速,从而进行高速旋转离心,使水珠在离心力作用下与脱水衣物快速分离,达到衣物脱水的目的。该装置主要受益对象为在校青年大学生。
Based on the purpose of environmental protection,green and energy saving,combined with the application of integrated solar photovoltaic power generation management system,this paper designs a zero energy consumption clothing dehydration device,which is a set of energy-saving fitness and new renewable energy comprehensive utilization in one dehydration device.Solar energy resource is a clean energy with broad development prospects.It has the characteristics of zero emission,high efficiency,popular application and mature technology.This design concept is to combine modern solar photovoltaic power generation with modern human mechanical drive technology,and improve the speed of clothing through human transmission mechanism,so as to carry out high-speed rotation centrifugation,so that the water droplets can be separated under the effect of centrifugal force Water and clothes can be separated quickly to achieve the purpose of clothes dehydration.The main beneficiaries of the device are young college students.
