海洋命运共同体何以可能--基于马克思主义视角的研究

既往海洋治理体系是资本逻辑推动的结果,对物质利益的疯狂攫取使资本驱动的海洋治理体系难以为继。习近平同志在出席中国人民解放军海军成立70周年纪念活动时,提出构建海洋命运共同体的倡议,这一理念对保护海洋生态环境、维护海洋安全稳定、开发利用海洋资源、推进当代海洋治理具有深刻的指导意义。以马克思主义的分析视角,构建海洋命运共同体既有必要,又具备现实基础。公有制内蕴的公共性原则使海洋命运共同体成为可能,发展中国家的觉醒使海洋命运共同体拥有广泛的民意基础,中国力量是海洋命运共同体的有力保障。

In the past,the marine governance system was driven by the logic of capital,and the crazy grabbing of material benefits made the capital-driven marine governance system unsustainable.During the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army Navy,President Xi Jinping put forward the initiative of building a maritime community with a shared future.This concept is of profound guiding significance to protect ecological environment,maintain marine security and stability,develop and utilize marine resources and promote contemporary marine governance.From the perspective of Marxism,it is necessary and realistic to build a maritime community with a shared future.The public nature of public ownership makes it possible to build a maritime community with a shared future,the awakening of developing countries has given it a broad popular support,and China's strength is a strong guarantee for it.
