摘要
选取5种不同类型的聚合物流变改性剂,分别属于天然聚合物、改性天然聚合物、人工合成聚合物。通过评价它们在水泥净浆中的吸附性,及其对净浆流动度、泌水、流变性的影响,系统讨论了不同流变改性剂在水泥净浆中的构效关系和作用机理。结果表明,流变改性剂中的负电荷单体在水泥颗粒表面发生吸附,在不同水泥颗粒之间起到桥接作用,负电荷单体和非离子单体共同对水泥浆体产生了影响。
In this work,five different viscosity modifying admixtures(VMAs)including natural polymer,semi-synthetic poly-mers,and synthetic polymers were selected and compared.The adsorption,fluidity,bleeding and rheological properties of the cement pastes mixed with different polymers were tested,respectively.The structure-property relationships and action mechanism of the polymers in cement pastes were fully discussed.The results indicate that the anionic monomers of the polymers can adsorb on cement surface and lead to particle-particle bridging,and both the anionic and nonionic monomers effect on the properties of cement paste cooperatively.
