左权铁尾矿在混凝土中的研究与工程应用 被引量:7

摘要 山西省左权县地区铁尾矿填埋堆存量大,利用率低、严重污染环境。对该地区铁尾矿和传统石灰岩制备的砂石集料基本性能及其配制不同强度等级混凝土的性能进行研究。结果表明:铁尾矿制备的砂石集料基本性能均符合GB/T 14685—2001《建筑用卵石、碎石》和GB/T 14684—2011《建筑用砂》要求,且力学性能优于石灰岩集料;在配制的4种强度等级混凝土中,用复合砂(20%铁尾矿细砂掺量)替代单一石灰岩机制砂作为细集料可有效提高混凝土的工作性能和力学性能;用铁尾矿石替代石灰岩碎石作为粗集料可显著提高混凝土的抗压和抗折强度。 The iron tailings in Zuoquan County,Shanxi Province have large landfill stocks,low utilization rates and serious environmental pollution.Through a comparative study of the basic properties of sand and gravel aggregates prepared from iron tailings and traditional limestone in this area and the performance of different strength grade concretes,the test results show that:The basic properties of sand and gravel aggregate prepared by iron tailings are in line with the standards of GB/T 14685—2001"Pebbles and Crushed Stones for Construction"and GB/T 14684—2011"Sand for Construction",and the mechanical properties are better than those of limestone aggregates.In the four strength grades of concrete prepared,the use of composite sand(20%iron tailing fine sand content)instead of a single limestone machine-made sand as fine aggregate can effectively improve the working performance and mechanical properties of cement concrete.The use of iron tailings instead of limestone crushed stone as coarse aggregate can significantly improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement concrete.
