路堑岩石制备桥梁混凝土集料的可行性研究

摘要 选用路堑岩石作为母岩制备混凝土用粗集料,测试其基本性质,并进行此类集料混凝土与普通石灰岩集料混凝土的拌合物性能、抗压强度、静力受压弹性模量及抗氯离子渗透性能的对比研究。结果表明:所选路堑岩石制备的碎石吸水率较大,配制的混凝土坍落度经时损失较大;2种集料混凝土各龄期的抗压强度基本相当;路堑岩石集料混凝土的弹性模量低于普通石灰岩集料混凝土;2种集料混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能相差不大。路堑岩石作为母岩加工成桥梁混凝土集料是可行的,但不适合配制预应力混凝土。 Cutting rock was used as the parent rock to prepare coarse aggregate for concrete,and the properties of this coarse aggregate were tested.Besides,the workability,compressive strength,elasticity modulus and chloride permeability of concrete prepared by cutting rock aggregate and conventional limestone aggregate were researched systematically.The results show that the cutting rock aggregate has high water absorption,and concrete mix prepared by cutting rock aggregate showed high slump-loss;the compressive strength of concrete prepared by two types coarse aggregate was basically the same at each age.Nevertheless,the elasticity modulus of cutting rock aggregate concrete was lower than that of conventional limestone aggregate concrete.Meanwhile,the chloride penetration resistance of concrete has little difference.It is feasible for cutting rock to be processed into bridge concrete aggregate,but it is unsuitable for preparing prestressed concrete.
