双掺粉煤灰和硅灰透水混凝土的试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究了双掺粉煤灰和硅灰对透水混凝土力学性能、有效孔隙率和透水性的影响,并利用SEM分析了粉煤灰和硅灰双掺透水混凝土的强度形成机理。结果表明:双掺粉煤灰和硅灰,随着硅灰掺量的增加,透水混凝土的有效孔隙率和透水系数先增大后减小,抗压强度先提高后降低;双掺的最佳掺量为粉煤灰15%、硅灰10%,制得的透水混凝土抗压强度为18.2 MPa,透水系数为3.1 mm/s;火山灰效应和微集料效应是透水混凝土强度增强的机理。 The influence of compound dosage of fly ash and silica fume on the mechanical properties,effective porosity and permeability of permeable concrete were studied.Analyzed the strength formation mechanism of the permeable concrete with fly ash and silica fume by SEM.The results show that with the increase of the content of silica fume,the effective porosity and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete with fly ash and silica fume increase first and then decrease.The effect of fly ash and silica fume is better than that of fly ash or silica fume.At this time,the best amount of fly ash and silica fume is 15%and 10%,the compressive strength is 18.2 MPa,and the water permeability coefficient is 3.1 mm/s.The pozzolanic effect and the micro-aggregate effect are the mechanism for strengthening strength of permeable concrete.
