摘要
针对混凝土因温度应力易产生裂缝、发生碳化反应等使结构耐久性降低的问题,实验室制备了双组份环氧隔热腻子。以批刮性能为指标确定环氧腻子的配比并研究材料组成、厚度对试件降温隔热效果的影响以及涂刷环氧腻子后的耐久性能。结果表明:隔热效果随空心玻璃微珠和腻子粉用量的增加而增加,当m(树脂)∶m(空心玻璃微珠)∶m(腻子粉)=1∶0.1∶1.5时,可降低温度6.4℃;掺加树脂质量0.5倍的钛白粉可降低温度13.1℃;涂刷环氧腻子后混凝土具有良好的抗冻性能和抗碳化性能。
In order to reduce the durability of the structure due to cracks and carbonization caused by temperature stress,the laboratory prepared a two-component epoxy thermal insulation putty mixed with A and B components.Using batch scraping performance as an index,determine the ratio of epoxy putty and study the influence of material composition and thickness on the temperature and heat insulation effect of the test piece and the durability.The results show that,the heat insulation effect increases with the increase of hollow glass beads and putty powder.When the material ratio is resin,hollow glass beads and putty powder,the mass ratio is 1∶0.1∶1.5,which can effectively reduce the temperature of 6.4℃,using titanium dioxide can effectively reduce the temperature by 13.1℃.The putty layer has good frost resistance and carbonation resistance to concrete.
