摘要
目的:对比分析小儿支气管哮喘治疗中采用压缩吸入机以及超声雾化吸入机的治疗效果。方法:选取在2017年1月~2018年6月在本院接受治疗的120例小儿支气管哮喘患者,分别采取压缩吸入机治疗手段和超声雾化吸入机治疗手段进行治疗,根据治疗方法的不同分为压缩吸入治疗组(60例)和超声雾化吸入治疗组(60例),对比两组患者治疗前后的呼吸状况,咳嗽症状等,并且对比两组患者的呼气高峰流量。结果:在治疗前,两组患儿的哮喘发作频率和呼气流量差距较小(P>0.05)。压缩吸入治疗组呼吸状况,哮喘症状均有明显改善,而超声雾化吸入治疗组改善例数较少。另外,对比吸入治疗60s后患者的呼气高峰流量显示,压缩吸入治疗组(4.37±0.21)L,超声雾化吸入治疗组(3.24±0.52)L,上述数据均具有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经压缩吸入治疗后,患儿的哮喘症状改善效果良好。因此,在今后的小儿支气管哮喘治疗中,可优先选用压缩吸入机进行治疗。
Objective:Contrastive analysis is made of the therapeutic effects of compression inhalation machine and ultrasonic atomizing inhalation machine in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods:Selection in January 2018 to June 2019 treated in our hospital during the period of 120 cases of infantile bronchial asthma patients,respectively take compression suction machine treatment and ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy treatment,according to different treatment methods of divided into compression in the treatment group(60 cases)and ultrasonic atomizing inhalation treatment group(60 cases),compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of breathing,a cough,etc.,and peak expiratory flow compared two groups of patients.Results:Before treatment,there was a small difference in asthma attack frequency and expiratory flow between the two groups(P>0.05).The respiratory condition and asthma symptoms in the compression inhalation treatment group were significantly improved,while the number of cases in the ultrasonic atomization inhalation treatment group was less.In addition,by comparing the peak expiratory flow of patients after 60s of inhalation treatment,the compressed inhalation treatment group(4.37±0.21)L and the ultrasonic atomization inhalation treatment group(3.24±0.52)L showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:After compressed inhalation treatment,asthmatic symptoms of children were improved well.Therefore,in the treatment of children bronchial asthma in the future,the compression suction machine can be preferred for treatment.
