不同体温测量方法在急诊预检分诊中的应用进展

Application Progress of Different Temperature Measurement Methods in Emergency Pre-examination

体温作为人体生命体征之一,直观地反映着人体健康状况,也是许多疾病尤其是感染性疾病的重要监测指标之一。体温测量的准确性直接影响着疾病的诊断与治疗。特别是在急诊预检分诊工作中,体温作为判断疾病轻重急缓的指标之一其准确性也尤为重要。目前体温测量部位主要分为口温、腋温、耳温、肛温及体表温度等,而测量方法主要分为水银体温计、电子体温计及红外线测温仪等。不同的测量方法有其优点。本文就不同体温测量方法在急诊预检分诊中的应用进展做一综述。

As one of the vital signs of the human body,body temperature intuitively reflects the health status of the human body,and is also one of the important monitoring indicators of many diseases,especially infectious diseases.The accuracy of body temperature measurement directly affects the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Especially in the emergency pre-examination and triage work,the accuracy of body temperature as one of the indicators to judge the severity of the disease is also very important.At present,the temperature measurement parts are mainly divided into mouth temperature,axillary temperature,ear temperature,anal temperature and body surface temperature,etc.,and the measurement methods are mainly divided into mercury thermometers,electronic thermometers and infrared thermometers.Different measurement methods have their advantages.This article reviews the application progress of different body temperature measurement methods in emergency pre-examination and triage.
