动态心电图对心肌缺血诊断价值的研究进展

The Research Progress of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia

对于心肌缺血患者尽早进行诊断治疗,对于保障治疗效果和预后均具有积极的意义。特别是对于无症状性心肌缺血患者来说,由于临床症状不明显在诊断中非常容易出现漏诊和误诊情况,进而导致患者错失最佳的治疗时机。目前临床上主要应用冠状动脉造影以及冠状动脉CT等技术对心肌缺血患者进行诊断,但是这些技术均具有一定的适用范围,在很大程度上限制了其广泛应用。应用动态心电图对心肌缺血患者进行诊断具有操作简单方便,检测费用较低以及诊断准确率高等优点。近些年关于动态心电图对心肌缺血的诊断很多学者开展了一系列研究,取得了一些新进展。本文对这些研究进展进行综述。

Early diagnosis and treatment for patients with myocardial ischemia is of positive significance to ensure the therapeutic effect and prognosis.Especially for asymptomatic myocardial ischemia patients,because the clinical symptoms are not obvious in the diagnosis,it is very easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis,which leads to the patients miss the best treatment opportunity.At present,coronary angiography and coronary CT are mainly used in clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia,but these techniques have a certain scope of application,which limits their wide application to a large extent.The application of DCG in the diagnosis of patients with myocardial ischemia has the advantages of simple operation,low detection cost and high diagnostic accuracy.In recent years,many scholars have carried out a series of studies on the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia by dynamic electrocardiogram,and made some new progress.In this paper we review the progress of these studies.
