两种全自动生化分析仪测定血清肝功能指标的比较

Comparison of Two Automatic Biochemical Analyzers for Determination of Serum Liver Function Indexes

目的:探讨两种全自动生化分析仪在血清肝功能指标检测中的应用效果,对比两组检测结果的差异性。方法:选取130例接受肝功能检查的体检者作为研究对象,分别应用TBA-2000FR全自动生化分析仪和cobas c311全自动生化分析仪进行检测,对检测结果进行对比分析。结果:血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)、血清直接胆红素(DBIL)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)的检测结果对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:两种全自动生化分析仪在血清肝功能指标检测中的应用,检测结果差异性不大,能够得出一致性的诊断结果。

Objective:To explore the application effects of two automatic biochemical analyzers in the detection of serum liver function indicators,and to compare the differences between the two groups.Methods:A total of 130 patients undergoing the liver function examination were selected as the research object,and the test results were compared and analyzed by using TBA-2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer and cobas c311 automatic biochemical analyzer,respectively.Results:There were no significant differences in serum total protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB),serum total bilirubin(TBIL),serum direct bilirubin(DBIL),serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and serumγ-glutamyltransferase(GGT)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of two automatic biochemical analyzers in the detection of serum liver function indicators has little difference in test results,and can obtain consistent diagnostic results.
