导乐分娩镇痛仪联合分娩球在初产妇分娩中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Doula Labor Analgesia Combined with Labor Ball in the Delivery of Primipara

目的:分析导乐分娩镇痛仪与分娩球联合应用在初产妇分娩中的临床效果。方法:选择2017年12月~2019年12月在沈阳市妇幼保健院分娩的88例初产妇为研究对象,依据产妇意愿分为两组:对照组和实验组(每组44例),对照组实施传统分娩方式,实验组实施导乐分娩镇痛仪+分娩球分娩,对比两组初产妇的疼痛程度、产程及产后24h出血量。结果:实验组疼痛程度明显比对照组轻,实验组产程明显比对照组短,实验组产后24h出血量明显比对照组低,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:导乐分娩镇痛仪+分娩球可有效减轻初产妇分娩疼痛感,缩短产程,减少出血量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Doula delivery analgesia combined with delivery ball in primipara delivery.Methods:88 primiparas delivered in Shenyang maternal and child health care hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the wishes of the mothers,they were divided into two groups:control group and experimental group(44 cases in each group).The control group carried out traditional delivery mode,and the experimental group carried out Doula delivery analgesia+delivery ball delivery.The pain degree,labor process and 24-hour postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain degree of the experimental group was significantly lighter than that of the control group,the labor process of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the 24-hour postpartum hemorrhage of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doule delivery analgesia instrument+delivery ball can effectively reduce the labor pain of primipara,shorten the labor process and reduce the amount of bleeding.
