血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Uremia

目的:本文针对血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的临床效果进行观察。方法:选取本院2018年1月~2020年2月所接收的118例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,按照治疗顺序分为常规组和实验组,对常规组实施血液透析治疗,对实验组实施血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应以及相关指标改变情况。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效人数为58例(98.31%),常规组患者治疗总有效人数为46例(77.96%),实验组明显高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组患者出现高血压、骨痛、头晕呕吐、贫血、皮肤瘙痒等不良反应总人数为8例(13.55%);常规组为19例(32.20%),出现不良反应概率高于实验组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组患者血磷、尿素氮、血清肌酐、血钙、中分子物质等相关指标变化优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对尿毒症患者实施血液灌流联合血液透析治疗效果明显,帮助患者改善肾部功能,调节相关指标水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia.Methods:118 cases of uremic patients in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the treatment order.The conventional group was given hemodialysis treatment,and the experimental group was given hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment.The treatment effect,adverse reactions and changes of relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective number of patients in the experimental group was 58 cases(98.31%),the total effective number of patients in the conventional group was 46 cases(77.96%),the experimental group was significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);the total number of patients in the experimental group with hypertension,bone pain,dizziness and vomiting,anemia,skin itching and other adverse reactions was 8 cases(13.55%);There were 19 cases(32.20%)in the routine group,and the probability of adverse reactions was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05);after treatment,the experimental group had better changes in related indicators such as blood phosphorus,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,blood calcium,and middle molecular substances Routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia is obvious,which can help patients improve renal function and regulate the level of related indicators.
