微创钢板内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fractures

目的:研究微创钢板内固定术在肱骨近端骨折治疗上的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院于2018年1月~2020年6月收治40例肱骨近端骨折患者,其中对照组(20例)采取非微创手术治疗,观察组(20例)采用微创钢板内固定术,分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的肩关节功能恢复优良率与对照组相比相对较高,差异显著;观察组的手术时间较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组少,切口长度短于对照组,并且观察组的住院时间和骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异显著。结论:采用微创钢板内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折兼具有效性和安全性。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 40 patients with proximal humeral fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020,of which the control group(20 cases)were treated with non-minimally invasive surgery,and the observation group(20 cases)was treated with minimally invasive plate internal fixation To analyze the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The recovery rate of shoulder joint function of the observation group was relatively higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant;the observation group had shorter operation time than the control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the incision length was shorter than that of the control group.The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:Minimally invasive plate internal fixation for the treatment of proximal humeral fractures is both effective and safe.
