平板血浆速冻机对新鲜冰冻血浆及冷沉淀质量的影响观察

The Effect of Flat Plasma Freezer on the Quality of Fresh Frozen Plasma and Cold Precipitation was Observed

目的:观察分析平板血浆速冻机对新鲜冰冻血浆及冷沉淀质量的影响。方法:选取200mL新鲜血浆20袋,将其称重后平均分为两部分,其中20袋采用平板血浆速冻机速冻,相关研究数据作为平板血浆速冻组;另外20袋采用对流型血液成分速冻机速冻,将相关研究数据作为对流血浆速冻组;比较两组冷沉淀质量。结果:平板血浆速冻组的FⅧ、Fbg含量均高于对流血浆速冻组,冷沉淀融化后纤维蛋白絮状物析出量低于对流血浆速冻组,两种血浆速冻机的血浆冷沉淀质量比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上述两种血浆速冻机在实施血浆速冻方面各有优势,其中平板血浆速冻机速冻的新鲜冰冻血浆、冷沉淀质量显著。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of flat plasma freezer on the quality of fresh frozen plasma and cold precipitation.Methods:Select 200mL of fresh plasma 20 bags,the average after weighing it is divided into two parts,of which 20 bags using flat plasma frozen machine frozen,related research data as flat plasma frozen group,and another 20 bags using reflowal blood components frozen,the relevant research data as a frozen group of bleeding plasma,comparing the quality of two sets of cold precipitation.Results:The FVIII.and Fbg contents of flat plasma frozen group were higher than that of the bleeding plasma frozen group,the amount of fibrin floc precipitated after cold precipitation melted was lower than that of the plasma frozen group,and the plasma cold precipitation quality of the two plasma freezing machines was significantly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The above two plasma freezer have advantages in the implementation of plasma freeze,among which the flat plasma frozen fresh frozen plasma,cold precipitation quality is significant,in the application of new plasma frozen has a high promotion value.
