多层螺旋CT三维重建在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用

Application of MSCT 3D Reconstruction in the Diagnosis of Rib Fracture

目的:针对肋骨骨折患者采用多层螺旋CT进行三维重建技术,研究本技术在疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年5月就诊于辽阳市第九人民医院的未确诊的疑似肋骨骨折患者50例为本研究的临床样本,分别通过X线胸片、普通螺旋CT及多层螺旋CT三维重建等辅助检查技术对患者的胸部进行扫描检查。比较X线胸片、普通螺旋CT及多层螺旋CT三维重建三种方法的检出率及肋软骨损伤的显示效果。结果:普通螺旋CT及多层螺旋CT三维重建等两种辅助检查技术的检出率及肋软骨损伤显示效果显著高于X线胸片的检出率(P<0.05)。而普通CT与多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但针对患者的肋软骨骨折显示效果比较,多层螺旋CT三维重建技术优于普通CT。结论:多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在肋骨骨折诊断上相比较普通CT及胸片技术更加直观,可多角度的对骨折部位进行扫描诊断,诊断技术在灵敏度及清晰度方面效果显著,对疾病的漏诊率显著降低。

Objective:To study the application value of MSCT in the diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods:50 undiagnosed patients with suspected rib fractures who were admitted to the Ninth People’s Hospital of Liaoyang from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as clinical samples for this study.The clinical samples were obtained through chest X-ray,ordinary spiral CT and multi-slice.Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and other auxiliary examination techniques scan the patient's chest.The detection rate of three methods of chest X-ray,ordinary spiral CT and multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and the display effect of costal cartilage damage were compared.Results:The detection rate of common spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT were significantly higher than that of X-ray chest film(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of three-dimensional reconstruction between general CT and multi-slice spiral CT(P>0.05).However,for the patients with costal cartilage fracture,MSCT 3D reconstruction technology is better than common CT.Conclusion:MSCT 3D reconstruction technology is more intuitive than common CT and chest film technology in the diagnosis of rib fracture.It can scan the fracture site from multiple angles.The diagnosis technology has significant effect in sensitivity and clarity,and the missed diagnosis rate of the disease is significantly reduced.
