纤维支气管镜吸痰对重症肺炎患者呼吸功能及炎症指标的影响

Effect of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Respiratory Function and Inflammatory Indexes in Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰对重症肺炎患者呼吸功能及炎症指标的影响。方法:选择本院2019年7月~2020年6月收治的重症肺炎患者80例。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组视病情给予对症治疗,观察组在对照用药基础上给予纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗2周后呼吸功能指标(FVC、DLCO、MVV)及血清炎症因子(IL-6、PCT、CRP)变化。结果:治疗前,两组FVC、DLCO、MVV、IL-6、PCT、CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组FVC、DLCO、MVV均升高,IL-6、PCT、CRP均降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周后FVC、DLCO、MVV均高于对照组,IL-6、PCT、CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜吸痰可显著改善重症肺炎患者呼吸功能,降低炎症程度,临床疗效满意。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on respiratory function and inflammatory indexes in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:80 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the treatment according to the condition of the disease,and the observation group was treated with bronchoscopy sputum suction on the basis of the control drug.The changes of respiratory function indexes(FVC,DLCO,MVV)and serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,PCT,CRP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 2 weeks.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FVC,DLCO,MVV,IL-6,PCT,CRP between the two groups(P>0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,FVC,DLCO,MVV were increased,IL-6,PCT,CRP were decreased(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,FVC,DLCO,MVV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and IL-6,PCT and CRP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy can significantly improve the respiratory function and reduce the degree of inflammation in patients with severe pneumonia.
