经阴道超声在诊断子宫内膜病变中的价值

Transvaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions

目的:探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变中的价值。方法:对2018年10月~2020年5月本院收治的153例子宫内膜病变患者进行经阴道超声检查,并进行病理分析,其结果与超声图像进行对照。结果:经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变的诊断符合率分别为单纯子宫内膜息肉95.8%、单纯子宫内膜增生92.1%、内膜炎症71.4%、子宫黏膜下肌瘤91.3%、子宫内膜癌78.5%。与病理结果对照,经阴道超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断符合率为91.6%,经统计学分析P<0.05,结果有统计学差异。结论:经阴道超声简单易行、安全无创、且可重复操作,对子宫内膜疾病的诊断以及鉴别诊断提供一定的帮助。

Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods:From October 2018 to May 2020,153 patients with endometrial disease admitted to this hospital were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and pathological analysis.The results were compared with ultrasound images.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rates of transvaginal ultrasound for diagnosis of endometrial lesions were 95.8%for simple endometrial polyps,92.1%for simple endometrial hyperplasia,71.4%for endometrial inflammation,91.3%for submucosal fibroids,and endometrial cancer 78.5%.Compared with the pathological results,the diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound for endometrial lesions was 91.6%,P<0.05 after statistical analysis,and the results were statistically different.Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound is simple,safe,non-invasive,and can be repeated to provide some help for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of endometrial diseases.
