腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Surgery for Gallbladder Polyp with Gallbladder Stones

目的:评价普外科胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石疾病采取腹腔镜手术治疗的预后效果。方法:选择本院2018年11月~2019年8月普外科收治手术治疗的胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石疾病患者,总计100例。结合手术方案不同,进行随机分组。对照组50例患者采取传统开腹手术治疗,观察组50例患者采取腹腔镜手术治疗,比较2组胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者的手术情况。结果:观察组胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者的术中出血量、术后恢复时间均短于对照组,胆道感染等术后并发症少于对照组,术后生理功能、精神健康、总体健康等指标评分均高于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对比传统开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜手术是胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的优选手术手段,具有安全性高、损伤性小等优势,患者术后生活质量高。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on the prognosis of gallbladder polyp combined with gallstone in general surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gallbladder polyps and gallbladder stones who were admitted to the general surgery department of our hospital from November 2018 to August 2019 were selected for surgical treatment.Combined with different surgical plans,randomized grouping.50 patients in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The operation conditions of the two groups of patients with gallbladder polyps and gallbladder stones were compared.Results:The bleeding volume and recovery time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the postoperative complications such as biliary tract infection were less than those in the control group,and the scores of physiological function,mental health and overall health were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery is the best choice for the treatment of gallbladder polyp with gallstone.It has the advantages of high safety,small injury and high quality of life.
