慢性病属于病程长且通常情况下发展缓慢的疾病,是影响社会经济发展的重大公共卫生问题。其中,糖尿病作为慢性病中最突出的几大病种之一,在大数据时代,通过采集整合患者医疗信息,利用互联网+和大数据技术,建立糖尿病患者的电子健康档案并利用个性化的糖尿病健康管理平台,结合糖尿病的医学业务管理技术,实现糖尿病的全周期管理,使糖尿病患者得到更系统、规范、全程的诊疗服务和健康管理。基于互联网+的糖尿病全周期管理改善患者就医体验的应用与研究是切实可行的,开创的以患者为中心的个体化慢病健康管理新模式,对改善患者就医体验、提升医院服务质量具有重要的意义。

Chronic disease is a disease that has a long course and usually develops slowly.It is a major public healthy problem that affects socio-economic development.Among them,diabetes is one of the most prominent major diseases in chronic diseases.In the era of big data,according to collect and integrate medical information of patients,by using Internet+and big data technologies,we can establish electronic healthy records of diabetic patients,and use them to build the healthy management platform,combined with the medical business management technology of diabetes to realize the full-cycle management of diabetes,so that patients with diabetes can get more systematic,standardized and whole-course diagnosis and treatment services and health management.The application and research of the Internet-based diabetes full-cycle management to improve the patient’s medical experience is feasible.The pioneering new patient-centered model of individualized chronic disease health management is important for improving the patient’s medical experience and the quality of hospital services.
