风险管理在医院设备科医疗器械管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management in Medical Device Management of Hospital Equipment Department

目的:研究风险管理在医院设备科医疗器械管理中的应用效果。方法:在本院医疗器械中随机选出4000件设备,设备科于2020年1月开始应用风险管理方法进行医疗器械管理,设2019年6月~12月常规管理办法为对照组,设2020年1月~2020年6月风险管理为观察组。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组器件小部件完好率、手术器械排列与摆放合理率明显高于对照组,不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组,管理质量评分各项均明显高于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院设备科以风险管理模式进行医疗器械设备管理的管理质量更高,可更为有效提高器械应用合理性,降低缺陷风险。

Objective:To study the application effect of risk management in medical device management of hospital equipment department.Methods:4000 pieces of equipment were randomly selected from the medical devices in our hospital.The equipment department began to apply risk management method for medical device management in January 2020.The conventional management method from June 2019 to December 2019 was set as the control group,and the risk management method from January 2020 to June 2020 was set as the observation group.Comparison of two groups of management effect.Results:The perfection rate of device widgets,the rational arrangement and placement rate of surgical instruments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the total incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the management quality scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk management mode of medical device management in hospital equipment department can improve the quality of medical device management,improve the rationality of device application more effectively,reduce the risk of defects.
