摘要
随着粮食储运规模的不断扩大,大型散粮储运新建或扩建工程日益增多。技术人员在开发和设计自动控制系统时,常面临工艺复杂、流程控制繁琐、控制点多、控制网络节点分散、扩建工程与前期工程存在不同程度工艺交互、各期控制系统数据交互和系统融和以及为后期工程预留扩展接口等问题。本文主要总结大型散粮储运项目新建和扩建的实践经验,在流程作业、控制智能化与生产管理精细化方面为大型散粮储运自动化系统提供自控设计、开发和提升性能的思路,为日后其他大型散粮储运项目自控工作的开展提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of grain storage and transportation,large-scale bulk grain storage and transportation new or expansion projects are increasing.When developing and designing automatic control systems,technicians often face complex processes,cumbersome process control,multiple control points,decentralized control network nodes,expansion projects and early-stage projects have varying degrees of process interaction,control system data interaction and system integration in each phase,and later Restrictions such as reserved expansion interfaces in the project.This article mainly summarizes the practical experience of new construction and expansion of large-scale bulk grain storage and transportation projects,and provides automatic control design,development and performance improvement ideas for large-scale bulk grain storage and transportation automation systems in terms of process operation,intelligent control and refined production management.Other large-scale bulk grain storage and transportation projects provide reference for the development of automatic control work.
