中原地区高大平房仓两种通风降温方法的比较实验

摘要 在粮库的生产中,冬季通风用电占储粮总耗能的较大部分,因此降低通风能耗对实现节能减排增收节支具有重大意义。对此中央储备粮南阳直属库有限公司开展了高大平房仓两种通风降温方法的比较实验,通过轴流风机通风和离心风机通风的比较,对粮食温度变化、水分变化及品质变化进行了研究,对损耗和能耗进行了对比。实验结果表明,轴流风机负压通风缓速降温技术,可以对粮食起到降温均匀、减少水分损失、延缓品质劣变的作用,而且通风电耗低。 In the production of grain depots,ventilation electricity in winter accounts for a large part of the total energy consumption of grain storage.Therefore,reducing ventilation energy consumption is of great significance to achieving energy saving,emission reduction,revenue reduction and expenditure.In this regard,the Central Reserve Grain Nanyang Direct Storage Co.,Ltd.carried out a comparative experiment of two ventilation and cooling methods for tall and large warehouses.Through the comparison of axial fan ventilation and centrifugal fan ventilation,the changes in temperature,moisture and quality of grain were studied.,The loss and energy consumption were compared.Experimental results show that the slow-speed cooling technology of axial flow fan negative pressure ventilation can achieve uniform cooling of grain,reduce water loss,delay quality deterioration,and have low water loss and low ventilation power consumption.
