摘要
本文针对食品企业实验室化学试剂日常管理过程中存在的问题,结合5S管理法提出现场改善和巩固改善效果的方法,最终达到提高实验室管理水平、强化实验室整体安全、进一步提升企业经济效益的目的,同时希望在更大范围内引起各方对实验室化学试剂管理的重视,并倡导一些创新管理模式的尝试和应用。
Aiming at the problems in the daily management of chemical reagents in food companies’laboratories,this article proposes methods for on-site improvement and consolidating improvement results in combination with the 5S management method,and ultimately achieves the goal of improving laboratory management,strengthening overall laboratory safety,and further enhancing economic benefits purpose.At the same time,it is hoped that all parties will pay more attention to the management of laboratory chemical reagents on a larger scale,and advocate some attempts and applications of innovative management models.
