摘要
蜂产品在食品、医药、化妆品等领域有着广泛的应用。然而,现有蜂胶检测标准和手段不足,无法准确评价我国蜂产品的真伪和品质,加之受利益驱使,国内蜂产品产业乱象丛生,制假售假现象严重。为此,本文基于文献计量学和聚类分类等方法,从发展趋势、技术分类、区域分布和同族专利分析等方面对蜂产品检测技术进行归纳汇总分析,以期为相关部门和科研人员制订相关战略及把握科学研究方向提供依据和参考。
Bee products are widely used in food,medicine,cosmetics and other fields.However,the existing propolis testing standards and methods are insufficient to accurately evaluate the authenticity and quality of Chinese bee products.In addition,driven by profit,the domestic bee product industry is chaotic,and the phenomenon of manufacturing and selling fake products is serious.This article based on bibliometrics and cluster classification methods,summarizes and analyzes its development trends,technology classification,regional distribution,and analysis of patent family,with a view to relevant departments and scientific researchers formulate relevant strategies and grasp the direction of scientific research to provide basis and reference.
