摘要 随着我国市场经济的繁荣稳定发展,食品行业也得到了长足的进步,食品企业数量越来越多,随着行业竞争的不断加剧,企业为了能够在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存,不断扩大企业生产规模,降低企业生产成本,但却忽视了食品安全的重要性,使得存在食品安全风险的产品流入市场。因此,加强对食品的微生物检测工作势在必行,要切实有效的提高食品微生物检测质量,保证食品安全。 With the prosperous and stable development of my country’s market economy,the food industry has also made considerable progress.There are more and more food companies.As industry competition continues to intensify,companies continue to increase in order to survive in the fierce market competition.The scale of enterprise production reduces the cost of enterprise production,but it ignores the importance of food safety and makes products with food safety risks flow into the market.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the microbiological testing of food,and it is necessary to effectively improve the quality of food microbiological testing to ensure food safety.
