摘要
农村群体性聚餐是诱发群体性食品安全事故的最大隐患,农村地区是食品安全监管的薄弱环节,其存在的食品安全问题值得重视。在农村聚餐群体性聚餐中,帮办厨师是影响农村群体性聚餐安全的关键一环。本文以农村群体性聚餐帮办厨师为研究对象,分析帮办厨师实际操作中存在的问题,并针对问题原因提出针对性的对策,以期能改变农村群体性聚餐食品安全现状和补齐监管短板,为农村打造一个健康安全的群体性聚餐环境。
Group dinner in rural areas is the biggest hidden danger of inducing group food safety accidents and the weak link of food safety supervision.The existing food safety problems are worthy of attention.In rural group dinner,assistant chef is the key to the safety of rural group dinner.This paper takes the rural group catering assistant chef as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the actual operation of the assistant chef,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the causes of the problems,in order to change the current situation of rural group catering food safety and make up for the short board of supervision,so as to create a healthy and safe group catering environment for rural areas.
