摘要
随着时代的发展,生活的进步,人们对于食品质量的重视程度也越来越高,在众多食品安全检测技术中,高效液相色谱技术是一种科学、可靠的技术,目前在食品检测过程中得到了广泛应用。当前,一些食品生产厂家在生产过程中存在着添加剂过量的情况,对人体健康造成了一定危害,为了解决问题,食品企业、检测机构需对食品实行抽样检测,以确保其中的化学物质含量达到规定。对此,笔者结合工作经验,针对食品检测工作中高效液相色谱技术的运用进行了分析与探究。
With the development of the times and the progress of life,people attach more and more importance to the quality of food.Among the numerous food safety testing technologies,high-performance liquid chromatography is a scientific and reliable technology,at present,it is widely used in the process of food inspection.At present,some food manufacturers have excessive additives in the production process,which has caused certain harm to human health.In order to solve the problem,food enterprises and testing institutions need to carry out sampling tests on food,to make sure the chemicals are in the right range.According to the author’s working experience,this paper analyzes and explores the application of Highperformance liquid chromatography technology in food inspection.
