摘要
目的:运用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对白酒中23种元素测定的前处理方法进行研究。方法:采用稀释法、微波消解法对56%白酒进行处理,利用ICP-OES对处理液中23种元素进行测定,并对测定方法进行了方法学研究。结果:ICP-OES法方法学结果良好,23种元素的检出限为6 ng·mL^(-1),重复性<1%,中间精密度<6%,2 h变化率<10%,白酒稀释溶液未对ICP-OES检测系统形成有效干扰。白酒中As、Sn、Si、Cd和Sb等23种元素可选择稀释法进行测定。结论:运用ICP-OES,稀释法(2 mL→50 mL)能够快速、准确地测定白酒中23种元素含量,能够作为白酒质量监管的技术手段。
Objective:Use ICP-OES to study the pretreatment methods for the determination of 23 elements in liquor.Methods:56%liquor was processed by dilution method and microwave digestion method,23 elements in the treated liquid were determined by ICP-OES,and the determination method was studied.Results:The methodological results of the ICPOES method are good.The detection limit of 23 elements is 6 ng·mL^(-1),repeatability<1%,intermediate precision<6%,2 h change rate<10%,liquor diluted solution No effective interference to the ICP-OES detection system.23 kinds of elements such as As,Sn,Si,Cd and Sb in liquor can be determined by dilution method.Conclusion:Using ICP-OES,the dilution method(2mL→50 mL)can quickly and accurately determine the content of 23 elements in liquor,which can be used as a technical means for liquor quality supervision.
