摘要
本文以产自海南7个地区的鹧鸪茶作为研究对象,将鹧鸪茶鲜样干制成粉末后测定其营养成分、总酚、总黄酮含量。结果表明,不同产地鹧鸪茶中的营养成分含量各异,其中七仙岭鹧鸪茶的灰分含量最高,兴隆鹧鸪茶的碳水化合物和脂肪含量最高,霸王岭鹧鸪茶的蛋白质含量最高,白石岭鹧鸪茶的黄酮含量最高,岭头茶场鹧鸪茶的总酚含量最高。
In this paper,partridge tea produced in 7 regions in Hainan was used as the research object.The fresh partridge tea samples were dried and made into powder to determine their nutritional components,total phenols,and total flavonoids.The results show that the nutrient content of partridge tea from different origins is different.The partridge tea with the highest ash content is Qixianling partridge tea,the highest carbohydrate and fat content is Xinglong partridge tea,and the highest protein content is Bawangling partridge tea.The partridge tea with the highest flavonoid content is Baishiling partridge tea,and the partridge tea with the highest total phenol content is Lingtou tea field partridge tea.
