摘要
针对棉田缺乏大型液态有机肥撒施机械的现状,研制了2FYP-20型棉田用液态肥撒施机,实现了液态有机肥机械化撒施。文中对整机结构进行了设计,计算了牵引功率和真空泵抽气速率。试验数据显示拖拉机最大作业效率为4 hm2/h,当牵引速度为1.5 km/h时,有效抛撒幅宽为12 m,抛撒平均厚度为1.5 cm,均匀性变异系数CV为29%。
In view of the lack of large-scale liquid organic fertilizer spreading machinery in cotton fields,the 2FYP-20 liquid fertilizer spreader for cotton fields has been developed to realize mechanized liquid organic fertilizer spraying.The structure of the machine was designed,the matching power and the pumping rate of the vacuum pump was calculated.The maximum efficiency of the machine is 4hm2/h towed by tractor.When the towing speed is 1.5km/h,the effective spreading width is 12m,the average spreading thickness is 1.5cm,and the uniformity variation coefficient is 29%.
