摘要
目前大多数的自走式收获机多为驱动轮刹车结构,利用刹车总泵为驱动轮刹车分泵提供制动压力实现刹车,由于制动总泵为机械杠杆定比驱动,总泵的排量和压力都受到限制,在刹车制动过程中费力且制动效果不好。本文介绍了自走式收获机四轮同步刹车系统,并通过液压助力提高了驾驶舒适性。
Most of the existing self-walking harvester brakes are driven wheel brakes,and the brake master pump is used to provide braking pressure for the brake sub-pump to reallze braking.Because the braking main pump is driven by mechanical lever,the displace ment and pressure of thre total pump are limited which in laborious in the braking process and the braking effect is not good.The four-wheel synchronous braking syetem of the seif-walking harvester was introduced in this paper,and the driving comfort was improved by using hydraulic power.
